In April 2023, we launched our brand new website with the aim of making it easier for new starters to join Krav Maga Southend. Our previous website, like many martial arts clubs, had been difficult to navigate and confusing for new members.

Starting a new physical activity such as Krav Maga can be daunting, so we wanted to ensure that our visitors felt at ease and knew exactly what to expect when joining our club. We have left no stone unturned in making the joining process a pleasant experience and reducing any potential nerves.

Our website now includes a clear and easy-to-use booking process, which provides all the information that new joiners need before attending their first class, including what to wear, what equipment to bring, and where to go. We also send a class reminder email the day before the first lesson, which includes all the necessary details, such as the time and location of the class.

Furthermore, we have added an instant chat box that provides quick answers to commonly asked questions. This feature allows new joiners to get the information they need without any delay or uncertainty.

If new members enjoy their first class and are interested in becoming a KMS member, they will receive an email the following day with all the necessary information on how to join. We believe that our new website will greatly improve the experience of new joiners, making it easier for them to take up Krav Maga and enjoy all the benefits it has to offer.
